Goals

Yes, I am posting a second time today. Don't get used to it. So, I decided to copy Caroline again and do the goals here on my blog. And for some reason, I feel like explaining my answers or going into more detail, because well, I want to. So, anyways...my goal weight in a very distant far off dreamland is 145. I say 145 because when I got my drivers permit or license or whatever when I was 16ish, I put weight - 145. I did not weight 145, but the chance was always there I guess. I have not weighed 145 since then and I guess I have just always wanted that to be the truth, even if I don't have the license anymore. So, that is the reasoning for the 145.

Yes, Caroline, I stole your 1000 minutes of exercise as well. I realized thats just 30 minutes a day, and if I can't do that, its never going to happen. So, 1000 minutes in December it is.

Lose 10 lbs by New Years...I don't think thats too much to ask. That gives me roughly a month. 4 weeks at 2 or 3 lbs a week, I can do it.

Sleep regular hours at night...I have had so much trouble with sleeping. I have been working 10-6 or 7 for the past 4 years so, I kinda got used to getting up at 9, which means going to bed at 1 or 2, plus I have always been a late night person. Well, this doesn't really work when you have to be to work at 7 or 8 in the morning. So, I decided its time to really work on that. I have started to take Melatonin to try and get my body used to going to bed at like 11, instead of 2. Of course, this cold the niece and nephew gave me is not helping with a regular routine. But, hopefully, in the next couple of days, I should be able to get my sleeping routine started.

And, finally be ready for school in January. I'm going back to school full time, although I will only really be taking 2 or 3 classes at a time. But, they have a weird semester set up, but anyways. I've tried to go back to school several times while I was working at First Tennessee, and I could just never put enough focus into it. So, this time, I have decided...enough's enough. I'm finishing, getting it over with, and I want to be as prepared as I can be. I want to start off on a good foot.

So, basically I'm tired of being tired, and overweight, and unfinished (so to speak). Therefore, I'm finishing it all!
